Consisting of 12 surveyors including individual specialists
in high street, out-of-town and shopping centres, the
Investment team is firmly established as one of the UK’s
leading advisors on retail investment transactions,
following its formation in 2001.
Our Clients
We advise most of the leading UK institutions and
property companies, together with domestic and overseas
investors who benefit from our unrivalled knowledge of all
the retail sectors in locations across England, Scotland,
Wales and Northern Ireland. We are strategic advisors to
clients including Hermes and Schroders.
Our Deals
The Investment team is one of the most active in the UK
and has advised on some of the largest retail investment
and development funding transactions in recent years.
These include sale-and -leaseback portfolios; shopping
centres, from neighbourhood centres to regional shopping
destinations such as the Vancouver Centre, Kings Lynn
and Weston Favell District Centre which were bought for a
combined price of £200m; out-of-town investments, from
solus warehousing to multi-let retail parks; and high street
investments from individual unit shops to multi-tenanted
parades and variety stores. We have achieved some of the
keenest high street yields.
