We have a team of 13 Chartered Surveyors, including 6
directors and 7 associate directors, with an average of 10
years practical landlord and tenant experience. The surveyorsare integrated with the Agency team, ensuring their expertise
is backed up by in-depth and up-to-date market knowledge.
Our clients
We act for an extensive range of owners and occupiers
including property companies, funds, private individuals and
national, regional and local retailers. Current clients include
Standard Life, F&C, Scottish Widows, Schroders, Norwich
Union, Marks & Spencer, Debenhams, Threadneedle, Boots
The Chemists, Next, House of Fraser, Thorntons, Insight,
Primark, Tesco, Legal & General and Woolworths.
Our instructions
We negotiate over 600 rent reviews and lease renewals
every year, regularly achieving results over and above
clients' expectations. Our instructions come from a broad
client base of both landlords and tenants. Instructions range
from high street, shopping centres, department store, food
store and out-of-town retail sectors. The strength and
breadth of our knowledge in the professional team enables
us to provide client advice on a single unit basis, portfolio
instruction or multi-level shopping centre schemes. |
