Comprising 12 surveyors, the Out of Town team has
quickly established itself as one of the leading advisors
in this specialist market. Working together with a core
Agency team, that divides its time equally between tenant
representation, corporate advice and asset management,
all areas of the Out of Town retail market are covered,
including rent reviews, arbitration and investment.

Mill Stores, Castlemore, Henderson, Hercules, Unit Trust,
J Sainsbury, Homebase, Land Securities, LaSalle

Our Deals
Despite a shortening of supply and more stringent margins,
we have managed to partake in a broad share of the out of
town retail transactions in this market; advising corporate
clients on acquisitions and disposals in excess of £150 million.
Our Professional team is retained by Allied Carpets, Home
Retail Group, Boots The Chemists, DSGi, GAP, TK Maxx
and SCS. Our Agency team is responsible for the asset
management of over 2 million sq ft of retail parks, as well
as acting for many other retailers.
During 2007 the Out of Town team has advised on the
re-positioning of the Mothercare Store portfolio, the
expansion of Next Home and the comprehensive
growth of Screwfix Trade Centres. |
