Our Team
The Development Team gives a real point of difference to
the service we
offer to clients. They have great depth of
experience and are involved with numerous high profile
mixed-use developments. They advise on site identification,
assessment and acquisition; development appraisals and
feasibility; occupier demand and tenant mix analysis; design
development; development agreements and pre-letting.
