We divide the UK into 5 regional teams and an Out of Town
team, each led by a director with over 10 years experience.
Our team of 32 agency surveyors, based in one central
London head office, coordinate retail advice in shopping
centres and High Streets throughout the UK and Ireland.
Our clients
We oversee agency work on behalf of both landlords
and tenants, with major clients including J Sainsbury,
Woolworths, River Island, O2, GAP, Westfield, Standard
Life, Protego, Legal & General, Schroders, Grosvenor,
Mutual Finance and Prudential.
Our deals
In the last year, our team have concluded over 1200
agency transactions. We have overseen the property
strategy for O2 on the acquisition of The Link business
and advised Baugur on the acquisition of House of Fraser.
We are retained by Mothercare Group, Guess, Cult
Clothing, Card Factory, Thorntons and River Island to
acquire over 200 stores in the next 12 months.
